We allow rescheduling as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service or event. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited and may also incur a $15 fee (If same day), unless the change is due to weather-related issues. All rescheduling requests and any applicable fees will be confirmed via text.
We emphasize that maintenance plans are essential for keeping your vehicle in top-tier condition. Anyone enrolled in our maintenance plan must adhere to the scheduled time frame each month. If a month is missed, the following month’s payment will include both the missed and current month, and services cannot resume until the full balance is paid due to the additional labor required for buildup.
If missed payments or missed services occur more than three times, the maintenance plan pricing will be revoked, and we may no longer be able to continue servicing you under the maintenance program.
